Enable Olly
Enable Olly for a Coralogix team from the Coralogix UI. This is a team-level setting that affects all team members.
Prerequisites
You must have permission in Coralogix to update team preferences.
Enable Olly for your team
- In Coralogix, go to Settings, then Account Preferences.
- Under AI-Powered Capabilities, turn on the main AI toggle.
- Under Olly Capabilities, enable or disable individual Olly features as needed.
What changes after you enable Olly
After you enable the main AI toggle:
- Olly becomes available for all users in the Coralogix team.
- Olly can query the team's data using the permissions of the logged-in user.
- The Olly tab and side drawer appear in the Coralogix UI.
Olly capabilities
After the main AI toggle is enabled, the following Olly capabilities can be managed individually:
- DataPrime Query Assistance: Turns plain language requests into structured DataPrime queries.
- Explain Log: Provides clear explanations of individual log entries, including their significance and potential causes.
- Knowledge Assistance: Uses a large language model to answer questions about Coralogix platform features.
Disable Olly
- Go to Settings, then Account Preferences.
- Under AI-Powered Capabilities, turn off the main AI toggle.
Legal terms and acknowledgments
When you turn on AI-powered capabilities or any individual AI capability, all team members are covered by the AI Tools Acceptable Use Policy and the Olly Addendum.
Turning on the main AI toggle enables AI-powered capabilities for your team. After AI is enabled, you can manage each capability independently.
